problem nothing works

hi everyone,

got a big problem i installed the game with dvd and with the downloaded game on the official site and got the same problem : when i click on the champions online icon after installation a message crash box opens and says : (null) crash , (null) has encountered an unexpected crash

so i can t download the patch and nothing works for me, i ve never seen the launcher or nothing else

i ve made all the things that it should be done with visual c++ and try to install it with another account on vista but exactly same problem appears, a crash instantly!

i got a vista 32
