Open beta client not working

Im OH SO! looking forward to joining you guys on opening day but when i goto open up my client it just tells me server is down and there are no online shards found.

I looked on the website and the servers appear to be up,.
and i found another thread that said I should be able to use the beta client to play.

I bought the game from D2D and have already entered my key.


can somone help me out?

    D2D beta keys are only good for beta. You will need enter your retail key available from your account at D2D. Then you can log in after 10 AM PDT.
