New PC crash-Old PC works fine?

I can't play on my phenom 2 (3ghz) with nvidia 9600gt but i can play on my dual core 2.4ghz with a nvidia 8 series on board video? Come on what gives? They have the same OS down to the SP and all.

    If I go onto my other computer, log in and MOVE MYSELF i can log into my other computer again.

    Where does it crash?
    If it crashes on the launcher screen, Check to see if you have the font Verdana regular installed or maybe corrupted. The launcher needs the font (and some versions of Vista does not install it) .
