Healer Build for 40

Okay, for my latest level 40 toon, Encased, I've decided to take him over to the support side of things. I'm not big into holds, sleeps, or anything like that - other than the occasional knock to get away from something - so this toon's focus is shields and heals.

Any feedback is welcome, though constructive criticism is preferred.

This character just hit 40, so gearing for specific stats isn't an issue. He has no gear (though that will be the next step after this has been smoothed out).

General theme of character: His name says it all. He woke up in an alley, his body encased in some kind of bio-circuitry that has given him various powers (primarily TP - hence that energy builder/base). I don't see him using anything but energy-based powers (no gadgets/hand-held or mounted weapons, etc) So, within those limitations...

    Overall it looks good for a Support/healer build. I'd forget about including Master of the Mind, though- its not a good cd and can hurt ur survivability temporarily.

    I'd also def get Ego Blast w/ Mind Opener over Mind Break if ur using TP Reverb, and replace Pillar w/ Ego Sprites (ya can add Mental Storm for its debuff, or a non-HoT AoE in MotM's place for easier trash mob clearing).

    I'd also replace Ego 2ndary w/ Con SS, so ur not as squishy, and cause Ego as a 2ndary SS isn't adding much.

    You do not have a power that triggers Telepathic Reverberation, so you need to replace it or add a power that triggers it, I agree Ego Blast w/ Mind Opener is a good choice. Anyway you'll not be spamming Ego Blast while playing in the defense. Consider Revitalizing Boost in your Mindful Reinforcement with enough Int it means unlimited bubbles.
