Gold Vendor Broken

I went by the gold vendor today to pick up my graduation hat, and the menu appears to be completely broken. I'm a lifetimer and I can't even see past items. I suspect this was broken during the most recent patch, because it was working the last time I went by there.

    same for me, cryptic really screwed up they better extend him for non-lifetime subs

    I've seen some other NPCs with messed up menus as well.
