  The profile looks more like the Excelsior-class Enterprise. Could be worse, could be the most hideous and worst Enterprise, the Galaxy-class.

  My first thought was "Did he really have to ask for permission?"
  
  I can't imagine there being a legal issue with making your building resemble a fictional ship.
