Here are some ideas I have been meaning to post. I hope others will also post their ideas.
Beast Heads set

I just focused on the heads. Boar, Rhino, and Elephant. A rotund body type would be great but I understand that it would be considerably more work. Also, maybe versions with/without the armor accessories.( didnt add armor to the boar)
Warrior Queen set with Spear weapon skin

This set is more specific to the ladies. It would be great if the gems on the belt, necklace, headdress and chestpiece had glow option and the shield had glass texture option. Please take note of the two different kinds of shoulderpads. The sword belt accessory was an afterthought but still would be nice. Also, the ear rings should have glass texture options.
Floating Spellbook aura and Arcane Robes set plus Arcane Back Halo aura

This set is mostly focusing on the auras. Floating Spellbooks speaks for itself but the 'runes' on the covers should have glow. Maybe open/close types of books. Note the 'flapping' pages. That would be very cool. The Back Halo aura should glow and also have the 'darkness' effect version. While the robes are actually shoulderpads like the roinesh w/ cape spad option. Also note that the hand rune and shoulderpad runes should have glow option also. Maybe on the shoulderpads have an option without runes or with emblems options. Again, alot more work.
Haven't been well or I would have refined it a little more and maybe added color but mostly wanted to get the ideas out there.
Hope others will post their ideas and concepts. Just having some fun.:biggrin:

    OMG... The first two on that I would buy the %^$£ out of. I think most people would for two reasons.

    Reason one : Rocksteady.

    Reason two : Bebop.

    Oddly over the year those two goofballs have suddenly become utter badasses ._O

    Fan of Bestial Heads, Really lovely artwork

    Boar and Rhino heads are ALREADY exist ingame and in tailor code but they are exlusive for NPCs and they were never being made available for players

    I prefer your versions through, because let's be honest the game has the DERPIEST and Ugliest Animals Heads

    +1 For Beast Heads

    +1 for the Female Armor

    +1 for Floating Books

    Love that floating spellbook aura! Excellent concept.

    Have wanted an elephant head for a while. My childhood hero UNCLE.. a super-rich elephant who dresses in a purple bathrobe, and bashes evil-doers with a stone cub before kicking them skyward.

    Neat stuff. Not a fan of gender-locking costume pieces, though; I can maybe see doing that for the chest piece since you'd need a substantially different model, but I've got male characters that'd get good use out of this sort of decorative "armor".

    Even so, most of these would go on my list of things I'd want to get if they made it into game; kindof the only exceptions are the auras, but that's just because auras aren't account unlocks, not anything against your designs.

    Completely understand the genderlock thing but that was not my intention. Its just as a starting point, I've approached it from the female perspective. Most of the costumes seem to do it in reverse. Making the costume from a male perspective and then adjusting it to a female. Can't help but to think of fashion. I dont think gender neutral stuff necessarily is the goal of most designers. Most are gender specific to make sure they enhance each genders speciific attributes. I am rambling on. Anyways, its not gender specific. Most pieces could be used in a spartan type fashion. I do appreciate the input though. And that you kept it positve. And thanks, MG!

    Ah, fair enough. To be honest, I wouldn't have even thought about it that way if not for the already in-game example of a female-specific costume set, and gender-locked pieces are a bit of a pet peeve of mine, especially when there's no good reason for it (such as, for one example among many, the snake skin hand texture that's only available to males).

    He reminds me a bit of Barry Smith's Yag-kosha, from the early Marvel Conan's "Tower of the Elephant". That being a GOOD thing, of course. :smile:

    Too bad they don't like to do weapons... Still can't understand the WHY on that, but one can only hope for those badasses weapons to make the cut someday!!

    No really, entry level 3d modelers willing to work for peanuts are exactly what companies like these are looking for. I doubt they have a full time position for someone who draws up sketches, as nice as the sketches may be. u3u

    I love some of the ideas posted here, especially the floating books aura!

    Hopefully someday soon Cryptic will take more interest in both Spordelia's designs and yours and produce something wonderful! :biggrin:
