well went over to PTS earlier today as I saw a 130 meg update
no update on what was changed or patch notes, instead I saw a thread about when are they gonna let us know on what is being tested next
then noticed the whole tread was harshly closed down cause it offended a certain over-zealous moderator, on the grounds we cannot talk about how well or bad CO is doing
now what are the protocols for placing a complaint about such individuals behavior and also if something can be done about someone with poor communication skills being in charge of a board which is fundamentally about communication
plus I also notice, that since the change back away from CO north, communication and conduct towards Co player base is back to the awful standard it was a couple of years ago
hmm this thread will probably be deleted by the same said moderator
cause it WILL offend him/her
personally, its a form of cyber bullying on his part

    A) What? That was almost completely incomprehensible.

    B) If you're saying what I think you're saying, it's actually against the rules of the forum to discuss the moderation. If you think you have an issue with a mod (or a dev), message them.

    Are we talking about '**** *** *** ***?' thread?
    That thread went south pretty much from the beginning....And was in a wrong place.
    I'm trying to find all the threads of discussing about updates and talking with player base from Cryptic North...

    No idea what happened in the thread zenith linked.. but by the looks of it .. it would have been wiser to just move the thread to general discussion instead of closing it.

    There was a small patch on PTS that had no user-facing changes -- it's essentially a baseline for some C-Store category changes, we're reorganizing the cash shop this week. No actual changes to it, just changing what goes where so it's a little more comprehensible.

    And Jon's right, forum's not the place to discuss moderation, it's against the rules of conduct. If you have a problem hat you want to escalate, you can send in a ticket to customer support. That said, I flipped through the thread bwdares linked, and the moderation was correct: PTS is not the place for state-of-the-game opinions, devs use that section to debug specific things.
