Firefox + subscription page: Change browsers

We've belatedly figured out the issues some people were having with the subscription page and Firefox. As some players have noted, changing to a different browser makes it work fine. Now that we know the issue, we're working to get it resolved -- it's probably the same problem that's affecting Gateway on Firefox.

    the problem according to digicert is your missing a certificate in the chain and firefox is throwing a tantrum about it.

    I tried using Chrome since it was mentioned it would work with it but then I am not even able to log on. So now I can at least log on, though I cannot visit my subscription page.
