Looking to start a Clown Themed SG. Need some help.

So, I have an affinity for clown based heroes, if not apparent. I was wondering if any one could point me in the proper direction on where to even begin. I'm really new to all this. But I have great love for super heroes. and I wanna make it work. Thanks in advance.

So, I got the idea of how to make one. Now I need you dear people to send all your favorite clown freaks to me.

    Well first off you'll need 5 people total to start it. They don't have to stay once it's created but you need 5 people to at least start one. Aside from that everyone just heads to Champions HQ and talk to the guy at the desk inside to make the SG.

    Awesome. Thank you for the quick reply. Now all that's left is recruiting (however hard that's gonna be)
