I'm trying to update some credit card information for a subscription. From https://www.arcgames.com/en/my/account I click on Manage Subscriptions and get send to a page with the following message :

Secure Connection Failed

The connection to secure.crypticstudios.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Anyone else having this problem? I did report it. Not sure what to do next. Suggestions?

    Yup.
    Same for me.
I guess the 'security stuff' got old.

Neverwinter pushed out their new big update today, so naturally they crashed the authentication server, as usual for whenever a big update for one of their games comes out.

Maybe if they used their test server for actual testing, instead of using them as a preview server for updates that are going to go live as-is, they might, y'know, find out these things.

Yeah, same here, I can't log on the game at the moment.

I was in game and got booted, even though "normal game play will not be affected" according to TT. Chronic "unable to authenticate" messages now. The last patch blocked me from the launcher for almost 24 hours. I *really* hope this doesn't happen again!:frown:

Yay the fix really was quick, thank you very much. Sometimes wishes really do come true.

So, I was thinking of starting up a sub so I can jump back into CO. I just had the random urge to play with my Freeform characters some more.

Came to the subscription site, and I got this message. I tried as of today. So, if this problem has been around for two weeks, it's a sad sad thing.

I guess I won't be playing CO after all.

Yeah, Chrome and IE seem to work fine with this.

We're working on getting it resolved for Firefox.
