    If it's just a restart, then why would it need 2 hours o.O

    I was hoping to play some CO since STO went down - really too bad.

    Well, me and a couple of friends just got kicked from the server, and now we can't go back in... :frown:

    Yeah, I got about a 45-second SNR, then it kept just blipping up with the red SNR text, and I could move around but not interact with anything. Couldn't change characters or log out, either, so I just closed CO. Can't get back in.

    I was kicked off the game and pidgin. It seems the account server can't be reached.

    Yep, it'll be on PTS before launch, from the timeline I know. All things subject to change, as always


    Networking hiccup. We're working to resolve it, will update with an ETA. It shouldn't be affecting the server itself, just connection to it, so we shouldn't have to do a restart/whiteglove.

    is the maintenance being right now? (sorry, i'm bad at time zone) i'm got DCed a few minutes ago and now my launcher don't want to launch XP

    We're looking into the possibility of a DDoS affecting our network connections. We'll update as we have more information.

    STO gets a patch to fix login issues. What about us?

    We have a lot of people who can't get in.
    THis week I've noticed about a quarter of the people are usually on at the time I'm normally on.

    Since the server rearranging the long standing login issues are a lot worse.

    Time for me to (go back) and try STO. Hope my character is still there.

    Hmmmm...only 11GB in patches. :tongue:

    We're probably good by this point - we're not going to declare Mission Accomplished, but if we've gone this long without a lag spike, we're in good shape.

    To be honest that's probably because the game has been pretty vacant as of late. Personally I blame GTAV, but I digress.

    Cmd.exe then type

    My trace is fine, the problem is not Cryptic's, it's Cogent after Hop 11. Which looks like an uplink to a satellite service.

    Try ipcofig -flushdns

    maybe it can find a way around the problem.

    mine went back to working after that(5minutes to get into the actual game. Hey that's normal for me) but my freind in California is having more problems.

    He gets hit with the login bug and
    Nvidia board bug- strangely the best work arounds are frorm the people on the forums, CS was apparently no help.

    he managed to get back in but has to relogin, every time he changes a character
