A summoning doll

I was working on a themed character who was a living doll and she had the ability to create 'dolls' herself. Unfotunately I lost the builds I had and it's been so long that I haven't got the foggiest idea on how to proceed now.

I recreated a build from the powers that I have selected, but I'm not sure if it makes any sense - it looks a bit like scrambled eggs.

My intention was to create a magical toy doll that could summon magical beings. I also wanted to focus exclusively on the "dolls" and have them as early as possible.

    Out of curiosity, why Eye Beams? It's always been such a sub-standard power, but you obviously put a lot of thought into this so I'm wondering what it's getting you that another power couldn't. Or is it just for theme? Either way, looking forward to hearing the thought process on it.

    Eyebeams did get a buff back when Power Armor had a pass and update a couple of years ago. It's still not a great power, but it isn't the total waste it used to be.

    Nice build but to me it goes in a very different direction than the build I have posted.

    I also already have a character based of the gadgeteer power set - so that's why I wanted to try and be creative with a summoner / magical based power set.

    I used to play a necromancer pet class in city of heroes and loved it - so I guess I'm thinking more in that direction. So I really prefer to improve my current build.
