    I had toon issues due to my account having problems earlier in the week. Seems to be fixed though. I think the server switch thingy or what ever it was has made some new problems.

    I've been ahving issues with cryptic for days. Neverwinter just released an expansion, Star Trek is running a massive special event that's bringing in a mob of new players, and apparently CO is being innundated with spammers again. The server loads are beyond the breaking point, I honestly don't know how it's still up at all. I've seen it go down from less.

    There appear to be issues with players logging in from Europe. One of the posters in the STO forums reports his traceroute hit a major snag with a node in London - reportedly owned by Cogent.

    I'm in the midwest United States and I can't get in at all now. I was getting about 10 minutes of playtime before the lag spikes started, now I can't even load a map. I don't know what's going on. I play CO, NW, and STO. And I can't get into any of the three of them. Which makes sense, since they all run on the same friggin machine.

    I've got it the opposite way round in Australia, (no jokes please).

    Co is loading properly(well no slower than it normally does) and STO login keeps timing out both at the start and at character select screen all this week.

    Just logged into STO and CO. No lag in either one - and I flew through the center of RenCen several times just to make sure. (That's usually the spot that lags worst for me.)

    Looks like the Spambot plague has been temporarily lifted as well. :smile:

    Edit: Logging in from western Washington state.

    I get kicked out and get the not connected to server message in red then I reconnect to the server then the same happens a few seconds later so I pretty much have thrown in the towel for today.

    I'll check back tomorrow and see what happens.

    yea I can't log into CO at all now. This is the culmination of 4 days of bad SNRs at certain periods on each day.

    As usual, everything is fine in SpinnyTop world. My contribution to the conversation is therefore limited to dropping that fact, and making a dumb face o3o

    Today.
    Server not responding every 2 minutes and kicking out of the game.
    Game crashing with the "send us crashreport for 10 hours".
    Game freezes every few seconds for a second. So it looks like a cheap stopmotion animation.

    Otherwise, all is well.

    Yesterday and day before that.
    Things were good.

    I can't log in to the character select screen. Yes I am on the east coast. :eek:

    I gave up trying to play today due to long loads, massive lag spikes and random disconnects. Looking at tracert to the patch server shows it's probably a Cogent issue as usual. Even with time outs adjusted to allow for more time before a hop times out I'm still timing out on several hops to their servers.
