Yea, really.
On a ground level, only one 'muzzleflash' appears.

See the Red Arrow.

    Invisiweapons are just Weapon Skins, that don't exist. So yea.

    What exact power is doing that? I see muzzle flashes exactly where I'd expect them to be if there were an invisible weapon being used.

    It happens on client side with all the Pistol Powers, AR and SniperRifle.
    Tested it and only i can see that.

    So, with no emanation points set at hands, power FX goes from character's model origin point...

    Well, now I can finally make a 'scythe hand' concept look somewhat plausible for abomination/horror style characters using weapon sets:

    No more odd stuff sticking out of the hand models that I have to pretend aren't there.

    I'm also looking forward to reworking some heroes I have with bestial claws to add some fighting claws powers, and the fighting claws powers can just use some of the great claw bracer costume parts, instead of the generally lousy fighting claws weapon models.

    Unfortunately, BOWs are still partially visible.

    Sadly, it doesn't work properly for clawed fingertips; all the fighting claws moves put the hand in a fist. That's fine if you've got a hand replacement such as the various Roin'esh weapons or you're using a spiky bracer, but not clawed hands.

    Yea, but the devs prob figure ur gonna use Bestial SN if ya want to fight w/ natural clawing anims. Making FC have that option prob isn't gonna happen since that takes changing anims instead of a weapon or costume model.

    I know, and they do make some pretty impressive punch moves, but that doesn't mean I can't express a moment of regret.

    Also, meedacthunist, I'm most of the way finished with the Transformers Humble Bundle comics, and I now get your avatar and sig. Seriously considering buying a Soundwave and Whirl AF.

    Since it doesn't happen for me and it's apparently client side, maybe something about graphics settings?

    I haven't tested but it may be a specific power, lead tempest that is doing it.

    Yeah the Bow is weird. It is like you are holding a huge glowing staff or something or thin pole that you then pull back and fire an arrow from. It just doesn't look good. The String should be invisible also.

    Pretty sure it's the FX from the power itself -- I think the power applies a glow around the bow, and that glow still shows up with the imaginary weapon skin.

    Every bow's string glows. That's the visible part.

    Just made a toon that uses a mix of fighting claws, bestial claws, and dual blades.
    I use the Psi Slicer bracers as my weapon.

    I'm using the Heavy weapons powers that have other effects with my melee brawler, such as Brimstone and Eruption. Awesome to be able to add more powers now and not ruin the theme.

    Great, yet eeeeeven more powers for unarmed brawler types.... now they just gotta do it the other way around.
