Imaginary Weapons for the theme builder

Having no weapons is something we have wanted for awhile. I have to say it's awesome (just wish we had invisible tk blades as well).
I like to build my characters around a concept. That is have a story(although not written) about each toon and have their abilities make sense. these changes are awesome for that since they open up many animations to add to the fun of your toon.

FistiCuffs - a toon that is normal size with giant robot arms
cleave and the dual blade whirlwind attack have made him so much more fun to play, he now feels like a capcom fighter in animations.

Contrast - a mime character now has the best powers for a mime, unseen weapons :)

Tecton Nick - gets to drop his ax and have lava effects to punching moves.

gadget attacks now look like fist beams (we now have a sonic beam :))

I can't wait to use heavy weapon attacks on my luchador. Basically i have a lot of toons and many 40's so this brings much life to the game for me.

so what new combos with imaginary weapons have you explored? How does this help your Theme builds?

I basically enjoy using this on weapon looking bracer pieces with single and dual pistol powers.

Considering how Bullet Beatdown looks now, I want to imagine weapons on powers that don't normally have them. Think about One Hundred Hands but with swords. Stabby stabby!

Is the Tractor Beam weapon in Gadgeteering still visible?

NVM...it doesn't have skin choices... WELL IT SHOULD HAVE!

Gunrunner no longer needs to be burdened with holsters and bullets and a backpack to contain his other weapons, all of which spoil both the character aesthetic and his aerodynamics when running at superspeed - his guns are all psychic projections of his powerful, yet limited, imagination now.

I can finally have the body blow, using Brute Strike, + Uppercut/Dragon Uppercut that I've always wanted with Koba. Imaginary weapons ftw!
    It's a game, not a ****. Don't choke on it.

    I own Koda Ortega. Yeah...

I haven't explored all the weaponless options yet, but my speedster character Reckless is having a lot of fun with a weaponless sword cyclone.

I no longer have to pick the smallest possible pistol model for use with arm cannons.

And if you are using imaginary heavy blades, it looks like your character is killing things with one hand only.

Hadn't thought about that. would be nice to hit with one hand shoot with the other

I made a "hand of doom" character that all attacks come from a right hand. before imaginary weapons i had a problem all except the single gun EB , and single blades alternated. But now i use the SB as his EB.
I need to make a list of right and left hand attacks, i know roomsweeper is a lefty.

Tactical missiles are left handed. Now I have a character fistpunching with a right hand only and firing from a left hand hand cannon.

I made a new guy this morning- Phantomime. He's a mime who's very good at pretending he's holding dangerous weapons.

Wish I'd been aware of this in time to get the stuff needed to obtain the items - invisible weaponry is seeming much more useful than I gave credit for.

I only have the invisible melee weapons, and so far I've found that it looks good with the Roin'esh sword (obviously). I found that it also works well with the steelhawk bracers (not the feathered one) if you had it on and wanted to give it more purpose, or (and I haven't tried this yet) just have nothing on and maybe it'll look like drunken martial arts? This is for dual blades, btw.
