East Coast outage, 3/26

Hey folks,

Our East Coast datacenter is currently having some connectivity issues, so the servers are unavailable now. We're working to get that resolved as soon as possible -- once we have a timeline, we'll let you know. Hopefully it's a quick fix.

    The server issue should be fixed now.

    I'm able to log into the game. XMPP chat is still down for me, though.

    I can log in now, but my connection is acting very unstable, and disconnecting a lot. Server wants its invisible weapons I guess :biggrin:

    Server Status says down but the game is up.
    XMPP is down.

    Here is the xmpp error packet:

    Looks like there are some DNS issues that're getting resolved.

    For what it's worth, I'm able to access the launcher. It takes a while to load, but I get in eventually. The server status says Down for me, but I'm still able to log in.

    So TT fixed this yet or so?, Launcher takes forever to load, once I'm in I spawn with no HP and I'm alone in the city for a few seconds, before it starts up, but every now I have lag spikes.

    Zone reported this issue too, so....might want to get things into gear...

    This may have been last 26th, but recently I was in Grav alert and I suddenly got disconnected. Now the Launcher takes forever to load.

    I wonder if it's the server or just me....

    Dous your net work? can you use google and youtube all solid?

    if you can then its not your fault, I even restarted my modem thingy, so its not us its THEM.

    We had some overall website weirdness earlier today, this was probably part of it. Should be good now.

    I had a similar issue a few days ago when trying to start the launcher from the Arc client. If I ended all the ArcOSBrowser.exe processes, the launcher would open immediately.

    As soon as I refreshed the Arc client (and all the related browser objects were restarted) the client went back to hanging when opening the launcher.

    It cleared up for me yesterday.
