From everything I've been able to find you're basically getting the PS3 version. Without online multiplayer (for now).
According to this, the PC port is a total kludge job. PS3 assets instead of PS4, two missing stages, no Steam achievements or cloud sync, and no online play for three months. And then, when they say they're not making PC games after this, they'll say it was a "lack of interest".
Choose your enemies carefully, because they will define you / Make them interesting, because in some ways they will mind you
They're not there in the beginning, but when your story ends / Gonna last with you longer than your friends

Yeah I heard all that nonsense about graphics. However, I play Champions Online, so clearly graphics are not an important part of my gaming experience to me I think I'll be fine.
Online in the next three months, I'm fine with it, I need time to practice.

Well, to be fair, when it comes to creating your superhero, there really isn't many options to go with for "do I want better graphics or not"
Why does DOA outsell Virtua Fighter even though both games have same fighting engine and VF isnt arse :I
I wouldnt say that they have the fighting engine, doa's counter button makes it easier to counter overly mashy players, whereas vf's counters on specific characters needed ridiculous button inputs that required low level telepathy to pull off. As for why, probably a few reasons, microsoft tended to push the doa series on its systems whereas virtua was promoted by sega, who, in the post dreamcast era, do not seem to have a very coherent vision. virtua is considered kind of stodgy and traditional with a high learning curve, whereas doa is more accessible, its less a hardcore fighter and i know its not as popular in the hardcore community, but for regular humans, thats a plus.
personally for 3d games, i prefer tekken because they had a tae kwon fighter first, but rig is a nice addition for doa. one thing i do like with do is that a number of characters have really good multi part throws, one reason i love tina, outside of the fanservice is that she can grab popped-up enemies in the air for some additional damage and can do a quick additional grapple for an enemy that stays down too long. bayman has some fun multi part ones too.
and finally, now you dont have to choose even, sarah, akira, pai and jackie are in this doa game. it like to have shun, eileen and leon too, but i can see people saying shun is redundant with brad wong.
You have 2 choices for "make your own superhero" So it's really not much of a choice between which superhero do you call home.
It's not a choice because I don't care about graphics. If I cared about graphics, the tailor couldn't save it. After all, there's no joy in making a super customized ultra personalized costume if it looks like garbage no matter what you do.

You're a lunatic with a mad man's dream of a milk proof robot!

My super cool CC build and how to use it.

DCUO has totally specular graphics.

But it then goes to limited character options.

Nepht and Dr Deflecto on primus
They all thought I was out of the game....But I'm holding all the lockboxes now..
I'll......FOAM FINGER YOUR BACK!
Tekken also has better-looking male fighters. Hwoarang fan-girl for life.

I used to Tekken.

Cause DOA is better, both graphically and as a fighting game. They even assimilated Pai.
