Foxbats perks

Hey, folks. Is it possible to "find" Foxbat doubles when you don't have the mission? I tried clicked on them, but nothing happens. I'd like to finish the perks.

    Need the mission to "find" the doublets.

    Yes it is 8 days. So if you do it every day and focus on clearing out parts of M City you won't end up getting one you already found.

    i'm sorry to reply with another topic but my account is new and i can't post a new thread, anyways if anybody knows how to fix the game launcher, my game installed perfectly but i every time i sign in the launcher just freezes and says not responding. i would appreciate the help.
