Speedster DPS? Capable in PVP?

Hey, guys. I use this build for my Lightning Strike now. I wanted to make him capable for PVP and PVE. He is good, but i dunno which adv points to take for D-uppercut. Force geyser is for stacking enrage and knocking enemy at the start of fight. I image that as fast uppercut that my enemy can't even see and then i'm staying in pathos pose. Now...and yeah now is Unleashed Rage. Why did i chose that power? I imagine that as speed energy unleashing (My speedster have to unleash his energy sometimes, in other case he will die). Evasive Maneuvers is concept thing. My speedster is the fastest guy in CO (i win in all races (unless if i don't racing with vehicles)) So yeah, here's the build. Any suggestions?

    If ur using a Offensive passive in PvP, I'd imagine ya'd want >1 AD, since you'll still be rel squishy when MD is not up and running (though WotW + some extra dodge is fine for 'tanking' much PvE content- that's something generally easier than taking on other players running potentially optimized builds).

    Although ya do have some Enrage-stacking moves, 100Hands and the lunge won't proc Enrage for ya- depending on how often ya plan on using them, that may be an issue. Getting Pounce could fix this a bit on its own, but iirc Pounce doesn't snare like many other lunges.

    Most of the rest of the build looks okay for PvE, regardless. Other players could help you w/ the PvP aspect of it more, I'd hope.

    1.I wont be squishy when i get breastplate of agility and lucky gems here.

    2.Well, lunge is for stun and breaking block, 100Hands is for flavor. I mostly using force geyser and dragon uppercut to stack enrage, so i don't have problems with attacks. I'd use pounce, but my speedster doesn't have claws xD
