  I'd change the toggle to Concentration or Compassion- ya dun have much to stack Manip, nor much CC to really benefit from it.
  
  Also, Supernatural Power is doing little for the build as an EU. I'd swap that for MSA (Ego Reverb could also work, but you'd want more emphasis on TK attacks and Ego then).
  
  I'm not sure whether Skarn's or TKA is to be ur main single-target attack, but if its TKA I'd exchange the small splash AoE adv to R3 for more dps from it. Ya could add TK Lance for some extra burst dmg, but its not essential; alternatively, an ally res could be nice for this sort of build for groups. For better solo performance, I'd consider taking R3 Conviction and pair it w/ MSA for easy self-healing that doesn't disrupt dps that much.
  
  Unbreakable is better when ranked; if ur lacking in adv points ya can always replace that w/ R1 Masterful Dodge for a tanking cd.
  
  Avenger is an alright spec for this build, since both main attacks are maintains, but I'd prob change the options around a bit:
  
  Specializations:
  Intelligence: Enlightened (3/3)
  Intelligence: Battle of Wits (2/3)
  Intelligence: Detect Vulnerability (3/3)
  Intelligence: Expertise (2/2)
  Sentinel: Torment (2/2)
  Sentinel: Sentinel Aura (3/3)
  Sentinel: Moment of Need (3/3)
  Sentinel: Wither (2/2)
  Avenger: Ruthless (2/2)
  Avenger: Round 'em Up (3/3)
  Avenger: Relentless Assault (3/3)
  Avenger: Offensive Expertise (2/2)
  Mastery: Intelligence Mastery (1/1)
  
  Sentinel Mastery would also be good, depending on how often ur using ur hold/stun (Soul Mes).
  
  Lastly, ya mention using pets to deal out dmg, but there's only one real pet here. Its a good pet power, but this isn't really a pet build as is.

  I was toying with TKA and Supernatural Power.. theme-wise it sounded good. But in practice I believe I get more mileage from MSA like you suggest.. MSA seems a tad over-powered..
  
  Skarn's is meant to be my main attack, the Summon Shadows my pets but admittedly it's not much. I might drop Summon Shadow for a rez like you suggest. I'd considered a self-rez.
  
  How do you feel about Dex vs Con. Added survivability vs Crit?

  Considering that the only power on your list that can even trigger Supernatural Power is Soul Mesmerize... you'll get infinitely more mileage from MSA.

  AoPM can net ya decent maxHP w/o needing Con SS'd, but on the flip-side ya can also get good crit% w/o Dex SS'd in an AoPM build. Since ur using Int PSS either route is fine, though I'd personally lean towards more health than more crit%.
  
  Also, I guess ya thought that TKA worked w/ Supernatural Power? Its a good dps move on its own (better than Skarn's for single-target, but only when they're evenly ranked), but SP only works w/ Bestial and Infernal SN powers.
  
  Either way, if ur using Skarn's heavily you'll want the extra energy from Int + MSA, and on top of Concentration_Compassion and AoPM
