  Different location but had that happen earlier today. I exited the game and did the verify files then was able to go back in. Not sure if that will help you but worth a try.

  Lifetime no longer gives a forum title. That should be updated on the Lifetime page that mentions what you get. PMing the CSR doesn't work neither.

  Try flushing your dns cache.

  Hmm I just ran a tracert to crypticstudios.com
  and the final hop defaults to sto-store.crypticstudios.com
  
  That doesn't seem right at all.
  
  When I tracert to the patchserver there was 209ms delay on a Cogent link two hops before the server that isn't here when I used the default address.

  They're trying to send us subliminal messaging telling us to play STO instead of CO... well I AIN'T BUYIN' IT!
  
  We have always pointed out that Cognet is where everything slows down, but in all honestly there's very little we or PWE can do about it. My Tracert reveals that I go through 6 different instances of Cognetco before finally reaching a different address... and then the co-store. Takes 17 hops in total. :rolleyes:
