Welcome to the Best of 2014, Champions Online edition.
I thought it might be fun to perhaps start a new end-of-year tradition of surveying the community for their favorite things that happened to Champions Online this past year.
Here's the way I think it will work. I've proposed some topics below (yes, some of them may unfortunately seem slightly ironic). Please propose your own additional suggestions for "Best Of" topics by replying to this thread. I'll pick the best 10 or 12. I'm kind of getting a late start on this process if we want to complete by end of year, so let's say that the topics will be finalized within the next 24 hours.
* Best New Costume Set 2014
* Best New Power 2014
* Best New Playable Content 2014
* Best Change to Game 2014
* Best Event 2014
* Best Forum Thread 2014
* Best Chat Channel 2014
After the topics have been finalized, I will start a new thread for each "Best Of" topic to accept nominations. We should probably give that 48 hours or so. Then finally I will create a SurveyMonkey survey to accept votes for all of the nominated options for each topic (most likely with a "write-in" option as well.)

There have been a lot of great ones this year, from videos, to web sites, to guides, etc. (Of course, this is more about recognizing and appreciating them all than picking a best.)

The most fun I had was the first few days of Mechanon and the Giga-Ds in the anniversary event, before the trolls got hold of it.
