Its a bit niche, but Seraphim can be a decent passive, imo- the bonus heal buff can make up for lacking in defensive boosts. Best for dps/support hybrid builds that can stick w/ primarily Paranormal dmg, since generally AoPM and AoRP are considered better for pure Support in Alerts and Rampages, and offensive passives benefit pure DPS better. The passive heal is one of the few heal auras that procs Honor as well. Its also good for Lifedrain hybrid/healer specs.

Paranormal dmg does have some good ones- like Skarn's, Mental Storm, Ebon Ruin, TKA/TKL, TK Blades, TK Maelstrom, Ego Storm, Lifedrain, Ebon Rift, and Celestial Conduit.

Flowcyto pretty much gives a good run-down on Seraphim. I personally love the passive a lot, as I have four toons with it. One is the Radiant AT (a pretty good AT in my opinion), another is a ranged TK DPS with mild support capabilities (her TK Lances spike a LOT of damage), one is a healer/bubble support with TP/TK damage on the side, and the last is a TK-blader (not optimum DPS, but it's fun to play).

It's a good passive. Damage-wise it's on par with Ego Form and ID Mastery in hybrid. Only catch is you can't switch to ranged, but you can go support (unlike EF and IM). Personally, I think it's much easier to stack high defense and heals with Seraphim than it is with EF and IM. With the right stats and powers you can be near unkillable in support role, and deal damage that is similar to most defense passives. The bonus defense to paranormal is also quite useful in pvp (anti-Ebon Ruin).

Oh, another thing I think wasn't mentioned. Seraphim will stack up Compassion on it's own when you are in battle. Helps make support/DPS toons rock.
