Well, Cyrone might be taking a break from the game but the Alert terrorism must go on.
Jinx is built to teleport into a group of mobs, stun them with tk maelstrom tap, maintain ego storm to keep em locked down while doing high damage, and if any are still alive, drop on a few DoT's while they wobble there helpless till they drop or ego storm is ready again.
This build requires some skill to play, but is not hard to get the hang of once the basic strategy is understood.
AoE stun, AoE hold, DoT. Repeat if necessary.
Unbreakable and Palliate should be rotated with each other as needed if you are taking damage.
Conviction is there for a self spike heal on demand, and sentinel mastery keeps more Heal over time HP coming. As does shadow form. As does mental leech.
Oh, one warning about palliate, make sure "Assist Target on Attack" in the Controls menu is OFF. I've accidentally failed a gravitar pug by forgetting to do that and making the tank lose aggro. and imagine in fire and ice, god no.
so long as that option is switched off this wont happen accidentally.

You using shadow form to get around that stupid Congress of Selves bug? I bet you get a lot of qq over maelstrom.

My super cool CC build and how to use it.
Would also prob rank-up Mental Storm before ranking the other TP DoTs- even knowing normal rank ups of the other 2 lower their cds (you'll have plenty of cds rolling for MSA regardless).
As far as the issue of using support powers on urself: powers like Palliate and this game's quirky targeting system are the main reasons I hotkeyed 'deselect target' to a side mouse key. Support spells that can target you will by default be used on you if there's no target selected (unless ya change that in Options). I tend to keep the hostile target assist options on cause they can come in handy when ya do want to heal others. Just a diff approach, I guess.

Block really does help in this instance. You can't retarget anyone while blocking, a quick block -> click -> power works a treat. Shame about the UI though, for rampages.
That's probably personal style though, I'd rather change my play style when I'm trying to heal myself rather than changing a hotkey. End result is the same.
I *think* I've seen some form of this build in action. It seems really familiar, pretty sure we did a few runs with a variant. It's definitely good at what it does. From what I've seen of Dazee's telepaths, con doesn't matter too much because they either outheal or lock down the damage that's coming in.
