Raise the frequency of Nemesis alerts

What i propose is to raise the frequency of alerts that have user created nemeses as a boss
generally more varied encounters are needed.Fighting the same villain 4 times in a row on the same type of alerts is kind of tiring.....

I agree. Player nemesi add a lot of variety to the que. Also more frequent cycling of alert bosses in general.

Also replace the garbage "player has no nemesis" nemesi with actual CO villians... like in Nemcon when it replaces them with Red Winter members.

The whole 'Awesome Alert Switcharoo' was a complete disaster considering Nemeses.
Now you get, if you're lucky and really really fast, like 3 alerts in a row. (Which is mostly 2....) Ofcourse this means when ever the Nemesis Alert decides to pop up.
And then you have, ofcourse the chance of having 'People Who Don't Have Nemesis', (yes there are een people under lvl 25 there) pop in the alert 1st, so now you have the 'GawdDarn Awful Random Button Nemeses Named Lilith Who Uses PoisonSuperNaturalSpewing'.
Gone are the days when you could do 30, YES 30!!!!!, and over Nemesis Alerts in a row.
But i guess the QBoxes dropped in the alert was breaking the games economy.

What would be Really Awesome, if Nemesis Alerts would have it's own separate slot.(Screw the QBox drops if thats what needs to be taken away to get some life to the Alerts)

But, since the whole Nemesis System been left gather mold. I have no expectations of getting anything to do with the System.

Well, maybe coming new year brings something a bit more heavier considered content wise.

I agree. It would be nice if Nemesis had their own specific Alert! Of course I keep hoping for a Nemesis Rampage! It would probably be more popular than Gravitar.

Yes! More Nem alerts! And please, please, please add a check to see if someone has a nem. If they don't, go to the next person and see if they have a nem. It sucks going into an alert, wanting to see my nem and getting Generonem 5000.

Many times have I been in a nem alert with a team of nothing but 25+. And many a time have they not have a nemesis. So there should indeed be a check to see who has a nemesis and to use that nemesis instead of spawning random nemesi.

I've said it before: every alert should be a nemesis alert. The creativity and uniqueness of people's custom enemies is always more interesting than the tedious bank of premade bosses. The questionite box can be removed, or made a need/greed roll so that there's always one in the group that gets it.

As for <25s, when their 'nemesis' is picked it would be an excuse to trot out Hi Pan, Freon and the others. Or you could lower the nemesis creation level to 15.

Only problem with that is that nemesi are even weaker than regular alert bosses. I can just see it now... a deluge of Blade nemesi... 5 second smashes...

Is it bad that I may or may not have nemesi named Lillith where I mashed the random button a few times? o.o

That's a separate problem though - powersets need rebalancing. That can and should be done as well.

A Nemesis rampage, with a few nemesis (hell, maybe all 10) would be AMAZING!

I think a 10 vs. 10 fight would make a superb rampage. The Nemeses would need a buff over their current state, such as a general increase in Offense/Defense/Stats--like making them all Elite difficulty, and also throw in skull tech minions.

People would play this rampage again and again, even if there was no special reward.

I like the idea of lowering the nemesis requirement to 15. To bad it will never happen.

Yeah, I remember doing over an hour of Nem alerts. But regarding game's economy, I think the Q exchange is already kinda broken, since we practically reached the limit of 500Q per ZEN.

Agreed. If at least one hero has a nemesis, then that should be the boss. The generics should appear only if none of the heroes has a nemesis, in my opinion.

I like that! Maybe fight two of them at a time, then the next two and so on... Two buffed nems at once should be a nice challenge!

I think the main issue is GRAB Nemesis missions since that takes more time. Of course, people have a very valid point about the placeholder Nemeses being terrible. While Red Winter is often suggested as replacements, a while back someone suggested a villain who got removed when Westside was revamped. I think the name was Tacyon? (I don't know since I'm newer than most but he wears green and sometimes shows up in CO art)
