Attention Perfect World community. The Perfect World Wallet system will soon be changing and will move to an Arc Account Balance. During this transition period, your funds may be inaccessible. In the meantime, don't let your hard earned money go to waste. There are tons of amazing items available. Log in and transfer your remaining balance to one of your favorite games today!

We might lose our Zen in the Wallet?
So, we need to start using ARC?

    I think/guess what's happening is the Wallet/Transfer system is phasing out and we'll start sharing Zen with each game account. So, any Zen you purchase will be available to spend in each game immediately. No need to use Arc, I think, just put your Zen into a game account. :o

    If I'm reading the notice correctly, I'm assuming that you just won't get to access any ZEN left in the old wallet system during the transition period, and not actually lose the ZEN. After the migration is finished you'd get that locked-out ZEN back if you didn't happen to use it prior.

    Would be nice if TT could give some confirmation.

    Well any help on this whuold be good, as im not using the ARC Zen, im still useing the old PW one, but I like useing that as it gives me a better choice of how much Zen I want.

    the short cut I was using to get the old wallet has been amended to go to ARC. So I now have to pick where the zen goes before buying it.

    looks like they're making it so you can only send it to one game at a time.no splitting it anymore

    I do recall it being posted before that they would be eliminating the "wallet" system at some point so that when you purchase Zen you would have it go directly to a chosen game instead of into the wallet first. Reasons given was to eliminate steps from purchase of Zen to being usable in the game.
