Whiteout: Cold and Calculating. Cyberlord's Ally bug.

I tried doing the entire Whiteout comic series earlier today, with a friend.

All seemed fine and dandy until we got to Issue Nº3's last boss, Cyberlord.

Right after a cutscene where he "summons" his backup, said ally didnn't spawn.
Like, at all.

We did manage to defeat Cyberlord though, but since his ally didn't come out, we were stuck there, with nothing to help us advance the mission afterwards.

We attempted resetting the mission itself to see if it was just a random glitch; however, it happened yet again.

Can you please look into it, as see what the problem may be, ASAP? Thanks in advance.

    Questions back to you so we can diagnose the issue better:
    Did you or anyone on your team have a Nemesis?
    If yes, how many does each person have?
    Did the team leader have a Nemesis?
    Did anyone leave over the course of the mission?
    Was the team the same the first time and then in the reset?

    I've had this when I had a very old nemesis (as in, I hadn't actually fought that nemesis for something like a year). I was forced to return to a nemesis console and edit my nemesis before I was able to finish the mission.

    Did anyone leave over the course of the mission?
    Was the team the same the first time and then in the reset?

    We were just 2: me and a friend, both Lv.15 (I used an alt that was at that level to help my friend out).
    • No, we didn't have any Nemesis (nemesii?). Pretty sure we can't have any Nemesis that early yet.
    • We didn't leave the mission at all until that glitch happen, where we were forced to leave thanks to the
      Crime Computer (we couldn't leave the ship with the teleporter, and Justiciar just stood there, so...)
    • We tried the mission again after 5 minutes (since that's the amount of time needed for it to reset), and we didn't "regroup". We stayed in the same team the whole time

    The nemisis not spawning happened to my team too. We both had 1 Nemisis made but none showed. Didn't happen the second time the same team ran thru though.

    what shows is dependent on the Team Leader, and to me it sounds like a problem with the "Default Enemy" spawn for everyone involved.

    Just got the same bug, playing with my son, and the "Allly" simply didn't spawn. It was on Elite, we both died once, and we had the Steelhead Soldier sidekick out.

    We're both level 24, and don't have a Nemesis (of course):

    Similar bug, team of 2, both have nemesissies. His showed up but after defeating him it didn't track the progress. Also, killing Cyberlord before defeating the nem causes the latter to despawn without changing the progress.

    same for me.... nemesis disapear in cold a calculating mission & it's impossible to complete the mission

    Same thing is happening to me. Tried it yesterday and First cyberlord despawned so i started attacking my nemesis. then he despawned. Cyberlord eventually came back and i was able to defeat him. The nemesis never came back. Tried it again today and I defeated cyberlord and about 2 minutes later while fighting my nemesis he despawned.

    This has also happened to me, I have tried to complete this 3 times today, same result. When the Nemesis came out, I started to fight him and ignored Cyberlord, but he dissappears at 1/2 life. Cannot complete.

    Lasts time I did Whiteout 3, we fought the Nemesis and he just peaced out at half health. Mission unable to be completed.

    So, + 1 confirm.

    The very same happend to me today, three times in a row. Nemisis gets to 1/2 health then either falls through the geomitry or just despawns, freezing the quest where it stands after Cyberlord goes down.

    Happened to me today.

    I was not teamed with anyone and am not high level to have a Nemesis, so that has zero to do with the bug.

    The first time it happened I restarted. It happened AGAIN.

    Can confirm, tried white out twice yesterday and three times today. The 'ally' disappears at half health or disappears if you kill cyberlord first.

    A year later and the same bug strikes again...can we please get this fixed? Or if someone knows a work around so the mission can be completed the nfo on how to do it would be great. Thanks

    This bug is still there. My friend and I just tried the mission and Cyberlord's backup never showed. We did the mission again and same thing. How long does it take to fix?
