Vibora Bay Gone Weird

A few minutes ago, I was leveling a character in Vibora Bay, but now she can't enter any buildings. I tried 3 different quest dungeons and Dr. Ka's, and it gives the option to enter, but that's it. Can't go in. No error messages given. I can't even take the jet out of there.
