Mechanon Horn 'Mistake'?

So I've recently acquired a Mechanon head, lucky me, however I've noticed one issue, and at first I thought it was just a weird decision to put the Horns as a top accessory, HOWEVER, after messing around and making a bunch of costumes I noticed, that it's only available as a top accessory on males, meanwhile on female characters, it's available as a side accessory as it normally would be for something like this, I'm wondering if this is an error in coding or on purpose that we can't use them as side accessories on males, which would just be weird, and I hereby search for people that agree that it should be a side accessory all around! I want me some side bladey horn things! Sorry if there's another topic like this, I couldn't find one and I apologize for my poor grammar/explaining, it's not my strong point.

Well, I'm not so sure it's a bug so much as a weird decision. I'm not experienced in programming but it 'may' have been an error?, but it also may have been just a decision out of whimsy. I mean, it's neat that we get to have it as a top accessory cus it allows us to make some costumes, but I think when people think of horns and see them coming out of the side of the helmet/person/head they don't think of it as a top accessory. It may be a bug but I'd rather not have two topics of the same thing at once, hopefully this one will either be seen or just moved if that's the case.
I'll go post the topic there, but if I get a warning or something I'm billing you for my dry cleaning.
