    no , that isn't with EVERY purchase.

    Only with purchases by those methods.
    I use PWE cards and I would get NO bonus.

    Every purchase means that if you make one purchase you'll be able to make another and still get the 15% more. It isn't in reference to the payment methods.

    They still wouldn't get the bonus because PWE cards are not listed as one of the payment types. Nor would I get it either because I use the UltimateGameCards all the time.
