Anyone have a parse that shows that Upper Hand works (or doesn't work) with Ego Leech? It lists it as a condition that triggers it, but it says vs opponents suffering from that condition, and Ego Leech is a self buff now, not an enemy debuff.
3 min tests using just CoAP for energy and the TK combo each had Test 1 at ~356 dps and test 2 at ~363 dps. But its still too short, rng/crit prone, and UH a small a diff to tell just going by dps alone.
Better way is to look at the normal hit dmg ranges for each test. Taking the final hit of the combo (since its the highest) and skimming the hit parse:
Test 1: 332 (399.544 base) - 367 (441.259 base)
Test 2: 333 (400.698 base) - 367 (441.259 base)
Doesn't seem like it works w/ EL.
Testing w/ Viper's Fangs and Shredded, same setup and looking at the last hit again (excluding pre-shredded hits):
hm, doesn't seem like UH is working at all, or maybe the bonus is additive and thus very small after DR is concerned, or doesn't work w/ every debuff listed.
Now, all my tests w/ UH do have higher crit rates. That could be coincidental, but perhaps the bonus is for crit% and not dmg% as stated. Dunno, but something is def off.
Alright, I'll stick with Fortified Gear, I know for sure it helps, even if only a little.
Well, Fort Gear does have synergy w/ The Best Defense (and also subsequently Aggressive Stance), and it doubles as a minor survival boost. Elusive is another good option if ya haven't picked that up, or Tenacious/Reactive Strikes when solo.
