Scott may have some energy issues since the EU (Wind Reverb) is only being powered by one spell (Typhoon).
You may be better off exchanging Mental Discipline for FotT on Betsy and Concentration on Jean.
INT/Dex/End or something similar may be a better SS setup for Sue than EGO/Int/Pres (Pres SS isn't doing much for the build, and you have Quarry + MSA so focusing on Int will be more efficient than having Ego as a SS slot over Con or an energy stat for FC). I'd also exchange IDF for Concentration cause IDF will just hamper ur ability to use an energy hog power like FC.
Angelica may have energy issues w/o End SS'd for Thermal Reverb and heavy Conflag use. Firesnake will also prob be more practical than Heat Wave's adv, but HW can work fine.
Master of the Mind is actually a pretty poor cd that lowers ur defenses when used. I wouldn't recommend it unless ur really into the theme/looks of it. ES/NM, LnL, or Ice/Electric Sheath are safer bets.
For Logan, Fluidity isn't really a great power for mid-low dodge builds. I'd just get Parry or a regular block power since Fluidity erases the guaranteed damage resist you get from blocking (ie. makes a reliable defense unreliable).

For Angelica, Firesnake and Heat Wave don't stack? I thought for bosses tapping Fireball, clicking Firesnake, tapping Heat Wave, then going back to Conflag would be like -160% or something crazy to boss fire resistance.
Scott just doesn't work any way I build him, maybe I can rework it somehow so that MSA runs off Conviction. I'm trying to keep him very minimal punches and kicks and blasts that can have their origination points changed to head and recolored.
Emma's almost done leveling, juggling her DoTs has been a lot of fun, as is running in and planting the Ego Storm before EM flipping back out. The Master of the Mind would just be a toy to play with if some devour essence or defensive combo tank has the boss on total lockdown.
On Logan I'll probably rearrange Sleight of Mind to earlier, so upon pulling aggro on something he didn't want he can try to shed aggro, if that doesn't work masterful dodge with resurgent reiki, and if that still doesn't save him then fluidity with resurgent reiki for the last few seconds until another sleight of mind can be attempted was my thinking. But yeah, wiping out the 200% guaranteed damage reduction is silly. Parry it is.
Nevermind me- I had a mental lapse there and didn't see firesnake in the build when slkimming.
Yup its fine as is, and yea they do stack. And I believe if you tap HW long enough you'll get an extra tick than usual w/in the first 1sec, as most maintains do that, but yeah you prob dun want to fully channel it due to the dps loss (unless ya want the hold effect).
Well, his powers dun really seem cohesive to me, so I can't really nail down the theme ya went for him. But for procing MSA- just pulling options from the powersets you did already use: Ice Wall, Dust Devil, Sonic Device, Bolas, a Might or MA lunge. Because Typhoon is energy hungry, I'd still prob keep End SS in there as it works w/ Int PSS's Preparation and would also help you afford Strafe Run w/o too much end building.

Force blast, Ice blast, Shadow blast, ect can be recolored and use head emanation points. Of them Ice Blast seems the best DPS with Hard Frost which could work with Typhoon's ability to Chill.
Typhoon and Force Cascade are the best cylinder attacks that can be moved (otherwise chest beam would be great, as would plasma beam). Big meaty blasts but because those are the only two categories of visuals that work for this character the entire rest of the build has to be non-super.
Can't have whirlwind's popping up or force bubbles or shields etc and remain in character. He just shoots lasers with his eyes. Which of course screams Eye Beams except those are individual lasers and they are terribad. So unless you know of other cones, cylinders, or blasts that can be recolored to red and originate at a head point, those two are the primary attacks.
Strafing run I put at the end because he's a pilot and it's foreseeable he could command a flyover. And he's been trained in hand to hand since he was a pre-teen so some minimal punches and kicks work in character but don't work with the fact that he's a ranged blaster using concentration and ego. So Demolish to buff crushing damage of Typhoon if something gets to melee range or InEx tides to stack knock resistance before Typhoon.
Even sticking gadgets on his Typhoons to have more chances to proc MSA don't really fit the character because he's not a gadget monkey, the most I've ever seen him use outside the jet is a jetpack. Otherwise he leads and optic blasts away. ^_^
(I can't believe the names didn't clue you in to his theme. hehehe)
Typhoon, like many newer Earth and Wind powers, lists emantion options in the power list, but its special anim can't actually be changed. I dunno why they put some of those options in when they only have one anim avail.

And clones bad, but homages/parodies allowed as far as I know. So since they don't use any of the real names (code or otherwise) and their costumes are not exactly the same, I don't believe there is a problem. At least that was my understanding.
