Telekinetic Eruption

Now that Auras are around, could we get the Ego Form vfx removed from Telekinetic Eruption? I personally love the power, but hate the vfx that comes with using it, especially when running Enhanced Form (longer duration).

    That works too. Anything that makes the character vfx on this power optional is a plus. Right now it contradicts the advantage of having auras around. It more or less forces you to have a character vfx regardless whether you want it or not.

    We need more drop down lists for powers.

    0 Point Advantages aren't going to happen. Ever.
    It's easier to make a Whole New Power.

    This. From what I understand zero point advantages are not fun for Devs to come up with. It'd may be easier to create another power.
    We need more drop down lists for powers.

    I'd love a variety of different skins for powers like TK Lance. I'd probably rename it: "TK Blast or TK Construct" and have it fire lances, battering rams, bladed weapons etc style constructs.

    In a similar fashion to how we can choose different pet models

    Well I know my own dilemma is the auras I currently use and the Ego Form vfx clash. So it's either drop my auras or the power, both of which are a huge bummer. It's too bad auras didn't come with a 3rd option of non-combat only. That way we could disable the auras that don't blend well with character vfx powers.

    Not a fan of the resulting Ego Form either, how it's just forced upon you and can break theme. I would suggest:

    - Removing it altogether, in exchange for more (guaranteed) Knock Back and/or range, values based on tap/charge scaling % (0-2 pts adv). Sounds fair?

    I'm very cool with the FX that precedes the form - just by the by. Whether a cosmetic option, or as an actual Advantage, such as this one (which, IMO is totally fitting), I'd absolutely love it!

    "Dream" FX for this Advantage, to me (accompanying the existing, pre-Ego Form FX), would be a "wobbly" field a la Ego Hold/Psionic Shield Aura - expanding alongside & accordingly with the charge until it collapsed, causing the knockback. Kinda like Force Eruption... but with jelly!!! :D
