Getting a crash on startup through Steam, after logging in and the initial splash screen comes up, the game crashes after the loading bar gets to about 50%.

I'm able to get in now.
Apparently only the people that run Steam in beta had issues.
Steam pushed a new patch that specifically addressed several games that were crashing on startup shortly after I added to this thread.
The problem was solved with it.

I keep getting the message 'Unable to Authenticate' while I log in, it's the same as this forums log-in, but it's not letting me log on, when it normally logs in by itself. Did I miss something? Server Status is green.

Likewise getting this. I can login to the forum without an issue, as you can see, but I cannot get the game to authenticate.
I logged out of the website, hit the button on the game login screen to say I forgot my password.
I then got to a screen where I entered my email address and existing password along with the captcha stuff, and logged in.
I go back to the game screen and still can't login..thoughts???
p.s. Never used steam!
It is likely that if your password works on the website that your password was not invalid to begin with. The problem is their authentication server is taking a dirt nap.

Likewise getting this. I can login to the forum without an issue, as you can see, but I cannot get the game to authenticate.
Could just be that so many people are logged into CO, STO, and NWO all at once.
And, also, I don't run CO thru Steam or ARC, I'm still getting the same message when I run it on either, and by itself.
