SG Leader - Cannot withdraw from the bank

I have searched the forums and web for this issue and can only find very old threads about it, so I am asking here.

I am one of the Leaders of my SG and I have found that I cannot withdraw anything from our Vault, I can take nothing from any tab or our resources. Neither can I deposit anything.

I have seen the old suggestions about right clicking and emptying bags first, but none of this works, I just get a message telling me that I do not have permission.

Anyone have any insight to this?

    Check the SG Ranks in the SG UI, to be sure that you're actully highest Rank.
    And the SG Vault settings.

    My character is definitely the highest rank we have, I have tried on other characters as well and its the same thing. On the vault settings I cannot change the settings for officers either, yet I have complete control over the SG settings for all the ranks.

    I just checked out my guild bank and had no issues taking out and putting back items from restricted tabs. There were no issues when I took out monies on Saturday for our CC either and I've deposited stuff (money and items) with my low ranking alts as well as my main.

    On ranks: If there are ranks above you, it might not even be possible to see them unless you do some re-size magic on the window. I can't even see all of the ranks below me as they tend to fall off the edge of the screen. The guild UI is crap with plenty of problems.
