Questionite powers

Why dont you create new powers, random powers, not entire frameworks that require months of work and testing and make them available for questionite?

There is not a single player wouldnt want new powers and making them random would save the trouble of creating an entire new balanced archetype. If they are available for questionite this would also give players more purpose to play/grind or even exchange questionite>zen for it.

    lol I actually thought that you were suggesting a power based on questionite.

    It would be cool though. Though it will look like ice powers...

    People would pay for entirely cosmetic reskins of existing powers.
    It would be a great idea for the Q store.

    Power replacers would be a great Questionite item. I was simply thinking of power reskinning, but something like the old replacers would be great, except without nerfing your stats so badly.

    Power replacer cores would be cool.

    The don't need to be cores. Auras will be just fine.

    If that's the case? NO.

    Powers in this game have always been free for golds. This causes 2 concerns right off the bat, for me:

    1: Pay to win. Even if it's farmable for everyone, it still needs to be bought.

    2: If they nerf it, imagine the uproar. Now, a device getting a nerf? That sucks. A power you bought or farmed getting a nerf? That'd cause more of an uproar than if they nerfed 2 gun mojo.

    I would buy the HELL out of cosmetic power enhancers. I miss the power replace items, I'd pay for cosmetic effects of those. Z-store though, on the cheap. Like a buck or 2.

    Power replacers would also be nice, but what I suggested was give them space to create new powers, not bound to any framework and toss them in the game.

    Cryptic hardly ever creates new powers, only when they come with a complete new archetype or rework a existing one, we know how tight they are on resources for this game, this could give them the opportunity to add some new powers without spending too much time/resource on a complete new archetype or reworking a existing one.

    Im sure many would still be grinding or paying money to get new powers, despise if they are strong or weak, just to make their toons more unique or something to give their themed characters more life.

    Thats how you buy vehicle weapons (powers) and new travel powers and nobody complains about it. Whats so absurd with the idea of adding powers too?

    This idea is also great and even easier to do, guess it would work just as nice as auras!

    Hell yeah!
    Power Reskin Thing! Power Reskin Slots!
    Then sell extra slots in C-store. Per character unlocks. Make a 100 slot Power Reskin Storage. That works per character. Sell 100 set of Power Reskin Storage Slots in C-store!

    but the trouble with RANDOM powers is;
    they still have to think them up,
    they still have to balance them against other powers in the game

    doing 1 random one at a time wouldbe less cost effective than working on a group at once.

    what do all the silvers do, they'll need a FF slot to use them. You won't be able to use them on an AT.

    Vehicle weapons are mods, they are a completely unnecessary item in the game. Just like vehicles themselves.
    TP's there are more in the c-store and available for free. The ones in the Q store are knockoffs of the CTP's, ones which were unpopular in the C-store and a few odd ones, they added to get people to buy something form the store

    Check my sig. At least half, but probably more, of the choice in powers is how they appear (and visually fit the theme) over the game effects.

    More EXP for Adventure Packs please.
