For City of Heroes players who like the Nemesis system and want to fight Nemesis with the Nemesis system...

Or to put it another way...

Yo dog - I heard you like Nemesis! So I added a Nemesis for your Nemesis so you can Nemesis plot while you Nemesis plot!

    What build? It's just a costume file and it's posted as one of the pics above. Feel free to use it!

    BTW - decided to make an alternate style face and slim down the body mass a bit. What do you veteran COH players think of this? (Or the other version)

    Sorry for bringing this post back from the dead but I attempted to load both of the costume sets you put up here and the char designer for one's personal enemy doesn't seem to like to load them at all. I'm not sure if it's my end of what I was just curious to take a closer look as you really did an amazing job here.

    Humm I just tried something else I'd used this morning and it wouldn't load it either. I am sorry to have caused any issue here.

    Do you own the Steampunk costume set? Because that's what about half that toon up above is made from, and you can only use costume pieces you own on your Nemesis.

    Known bug with nemesis creator. Basically, It won't load any costume when making nemesis from the scratch. Known solution is making your nemesis first, with any costume, finishing it, closing creator, then editing nemesis again using nem database console (though it will take your resources now).

    Replaced Photobucket links with imgur links. BTW folks - Photobucket is DEAD as a free hosting service. Don't use it anymore.

    Nice job there, i loved how he looks when he burst through the wall and introduce himself to the public.
