Catwoman build?

So, I made this character that looks cool enough for me to want to keep playing him, and I want to make him an effective character in the game, but still maintain his concept.

Basically, my vision for him is somehow based on Catwoman - he is an acrobat, who is trained in martial arts, gymnastics and his signature style is fighting with his 'claws'. Of course he isn't based on a cat - he is actually based on birds and I like to think that his claws are actually talons.

I started with the powers taken from The Savage archetype: he currently has Bestial Fury, Shred, Frenzy and Pounce. I also took Constitution and Recovery I think, the Inhumane one I'm pretty sure. Thing is, he isn't meant to be able to regenerate. He isn't meant to be able to command wolves, so I was wondering, how should I manage him after I've run out of claw-based powers from the Bestial set?

Sorry if I didn't articulate this very well. I'm very confused - all I know is that I want him to be a Martial Artist with some main bestial claw attacks.

Thank you!

I think you'll want to look at Martial Arts powers. Way of the Warrior sounds like the right passive, Intensity would make sense as an active offense, Masterful Dodge fits the theme for active defense.

That should mean DEX as one of zour superstats, which would mean Form of the Tempest for zour form and Bountiful Chi Resurgence for a heal. Even Furz of the Dragon might be a fittign power theme/wise.

I don't have the time to work out a full build right now, but here's some ideas. If zou like the overall direction, I'm sure someone can help zou flesh it out. Hmm, MSA might be an idea for one of theremaining powers, with BCR in there.

I would second thearkady's suggestion about mixing in martial arts. WotW jives very well with the bestial melee powers. Form of the Tempest is a great form if you build up a decent crit chance.

For actual attacks, if you go with Form of the Tempest (or any martial art form), I would recommend looking at the "Dragon" powers, maybe Dragon's Claws. Not only are they decent attacks, but the Rush buff they provide gives you ticks of energy for a duration based on how many stacks of Focus you have built up. Inexorable Tides is also a nifty close range AoE knock-up power that can be useful in interrupting the enemy.

Many of the suggested powers in thearkady's build are good ideas. I actually use a lot of that with my Focus based bestial build.

Thank you thearkady for this build and kallethen for reinforcing it. Definitely will be considering it, especially because it contains a lot of Bestial powers!

I've actually tried a Catwoman-esque build in the past, I still have the toon but I'm going to update her build (or her build may have already been updated but I haven't noted it down. If it has changed, I'll update this post.)

    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Intelligence (Secondary)

    Talents:
    Level 1: The Savage
    Level 6: Brilliant
    Level 9: Enduring
    Level 12: Mighty
    Level 15: Physical Conditioning
    Level 18: Body and Mind
    Level 21: Healthy Mind

    Powers:
    Level 1: Bestial Fury
    Level 1: Shred (Penetrating Strikes)
Level 6: Pounce (Crippling Challenge, Nailed to the Ground)
Level 8: Way of the Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Aspect of the Bestial
Level 14: One Hundred Hands (Rank 2, Rank 3, Ghostly Strikes)
Level 17: Inexorable Tides (Rank 2)
    Level 20: Tiger's Bite (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Rank 2, Resurgent Reiki)

    Level 29: Conviction (Rank 2)

    Travel Powers:
    Level 6: Swinging (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Acrobatics (Rank 2, Rank 3)

    Specializations:
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (1/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (2/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
Vindicator: The Rush of Battle (1/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Offensive Expertise (1/2)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

Tiger's Bite and Shredded Debuff works pretty well. Capitalizing on bleeds and shredded and then "detonating" Shredded with Tiger's bite is usually very satisfying.
