  I believe it's not the lack of forum, but the lack of community.
  And, if the community can't seem to find the Actual Game Forum, how would they succeed finding Not Actual Game Forum?
  And#2, the Offtopic part is well hidden.

  Off Topic really isn't that hidden, since it's at the top of the forum everyone visits.
