she currently pulls aggro from regular rampage boss aggro hogs using just challenging strikes on a couple attacks. her damage is pretty acceptable to me, but I feel she could use more durability.

her energy economy could be better as well.

She's supposed to be an inexperienced heroic counterpart to Dr D himself, I'd like her to be as powerful as possible.

concussor beam however is required for me. and she should be very tanky and be able to hold aggro really well.

after all, haven't you seen what an aggro monster Dr D is in resistance? (when its not bugged)

also no circles please.

I'd like to run tank role if possible.

    In another thread you expressed interest in a build I mentioned. I don't think it would do you much good here, since use of Concussor precludes the use of Wrist Bolther + AA + Kickback.

    You have Overdrive, but don't have SS Rec. Should probably either switch SS End to SS Rec, or switch Overdrive to Wind Reverb (works off End and Concussor).

    Shoulder Launcher? Thematic choice? Minigun is probably the better choice for its damage and debuff. If you need a missile for theme, perhaps use Tactical Missiles with CC for your taunt.

    If you need more energy, you could switch Invuln for Defiance (which also gives you some adv points since you don't really need to rank it), and/or switch Energy Shield for Force Shield + Force Sheathe.

    Why Protector? The primary use of Protector AFAIK is to tank in Hybrid, and you've stated you want to use the tank stance.

    Grab some self rez items from AH or silver champ vendor instead of wasting a power slot on it.

    Here's what I use on my PA character. So far it's the best balance of energy management, damage and survivability I've found. You could do something else with the last two powers and advantage points. I took them to be a bit more versatile in Rampages.

    In tank role he's pretty tough.

    I found with my lvl 40nPA build that PSS Ego w/ Insight, plus SSS Int and Rec, plus SCR with cost discount gear, plus Overdrive did away with most of my energy needs (i.e. what Captain M. suggests) and also dished out more damage than before. That is running concussor beams and mini gun endlessly and firing off the occasional chest beam in Hybrid role using Guardian and Vindicator.
