Is there a build out there that can make the Chainsaw Gauntlet an ability that I can use constantly as a tank? I talked to some other people who don't fully understand what I mean and they start recommending I take a martial arts form and then a dragon power for the rush bonus.. but I want to JUST use the chainsaw gauntlet. (though I don't mind using another ability at all. Just the reliance on the rush buff is something I don't want)
The problems I have are:
- It is very endurance heavy and sucks away the blue bar when you use it.
- When I do find a way to make it work with the blue bar by speccing endurance as primary, I have little to no knock protection. (sort of a big deal for me)
- Can't find any advice for this build!
Alright, anyone out there, please help me!

Though I think perhaps going the MSA route would be better. Grab Conviction as a self heal and a lunge power to get you to your foe quickly. Stack up some INT, for MSA and for cost reduction. Both Conviction and the lunge would have a very short cooldown that triggers MSA to give you good energy management.
EDIT: And the lunge would help close the gap when you get knocked.

7 free adv points, left some slots open for more options.
Also, Brawler could work well as one of the spec trees- not as good defensively, but better for dps.

The QWP give energy on crit with no internal cooldown. This takes up your Primary Offense slot so this is not an option taken lightly, but with a twice per second tick rate on CG, potentially hitting several foes with each tick, you can use GC and have a net energy gain of over 100 END per second. This allows you to spam GC indefinitely while also always having enough energy to fuel your self heals and the like.
I should be able to check my in game notes tomorrow to see the name of the quest/quest giver. Hopefully the QWP are still available.
'Caine, miss you bud. Fly high.
For Form, either Dex + FotT or Rec + Compassion.
If using Compassion, can trigger using Sentinel Aura or Con Primary Adrenaline Rush, or maybe Illumination?
Defiance + SS Con for passive. Leave at rank 1 or 2.
Force Shield + Force Sheathe.
Lock n Load + Two Smoking Barrels.
