All those psychics in Vibora Bay...

They can see a minor crime in Westside and tell me about it, but they can't warn anyone that the Apocalypse is about to break out.

    Well, if they really were psychic, they'd also be able to see that the Hero goes back in time to prevent it. So no worries.

    Even weirder, no one has called me out for initiating a killing spree in Vibora Bay because I wanted someone's hat.

    Yeah I consider the mass genocide that's occurred there is just hush hush and all wrapped up in red tape.

    Considering the whole thing is one massive paradox, I think we can give the psychics a pass on this.
