The link to the page about veteran rewards in the OP of the stickied thread about veteran rewards in Super News Network now redirects to the ARC page. There appears to be no information at the ARC page about veteran rewards.
Similarly, the new page about Lifetime Offers at the ARC page (
http://community.arcgames.com/en/news/champions-online/detail/3026823) has a link to the "Benefits of Gold Members", which redirects to the top ARC page.
Is there another resource for the veteran rewards now that CO-Wiki is gone? I'd like to know what I'm getting next.

I really hate the arc page. It is crap, the old website was better.

Q: How are Veteran Rewards calculated?
A: Veteran Rewards are given out based on how long you've had an active subscription. This information is tallied and stored as part of the existing Perk system in-game. Your subscription must be active for the total required amount of days to complete the associated Veteran Reward Perk. This time is not dependent on consecutive days. For example, if you subscribed for 60 days and canceled your subscription, then reactivated your subscription two weeks later, the first day you are back will count as day 61.
Q: How do I check the number of days subscribed?
A: While you can check your Veteran Reward Perks in game to view your progress, this is not the most accurate view. The definitive tracker for all Veteran Rewards is in your very own User Account area! To look at this information simply log into the official website, and click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner. In the Products box, under "Subscriptions" you will see the line "Subscribed For:" with a number of days listed. This is the official tracker for your Veteran Rewards.
Please note that only active subscription time ("Gold Member" status) will advance the "Subscribed For:" time tracker and determine rewards allocation. Silver Players do not accumulate Veteran Rewards time.
Q: What if I'm a Lifetime Subscriber?
A: If you are a Lifetime Subscriber, you will still need to wait 100 days from the day you purchased your Lifetime Subscription to be eligible for the 100 Day Veteran Rewards, 200 days for the 200 Day Veteran Rewards, and so on.
Q: How high does it go?
Veteran Rewards are capped at 1,000 days.

That would really depend on how much you value certain things. I've tried to create a pair of lists to compress the Veteran data from the two games for easier comparison (I may have messed up some of the merging or omitted something, but I think its pretty accurate).
Both share a subset of fairly matching rewards (A - H in the below lists). The numbers on these are pretty close with one or the other having slightly better numbers in each case. As to more unique stuff (marked with a *) Champions grants things like inventory space (both individual character and account wide), a tailor discount, and the Heroic Resonance "Emergency Button" while Star Trek grants more ships, a bridge officer, and an EV suit.
*Personally* I like the CO list better as the inventory boosts, tailor discount, and emergency button are handy on *every* new character, especially if you make a lot of alts (which veterans often do). In STO, having a few more bridge officers / ships to choose from (when I was already sort of swamped with ones granted in play, and usually had different specific crew/ship requirements in mind) didn't seem as useful a reward when I was playing.

If I understand correctly regarding refining dilithium:
* A silver STO player can refine 8000 per day.
* The duty officer mission vet reward allows refining of 1000 extra via a 48 hour mission.
* Gold members auto refine on logging in up to a previous weeks worth but it still can't exceed the 8000 per day total (you are basically able to "catching up" on missed refinement).
