Nemesis minions/clues not appearing

So, for quite some time now (few months if not longer), I noticed that one of my characters's nemesis' minions either not appear or appear after mowing down countless mobs only not to drop a single Nemesis Clue. I think they last time they dropped any clues, was probably sometime in December, two years ago.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? I don't seem to have problems on other characters, though haven't tested this fully, and it's annoying since I can't progress the Nemesis missions on that one char, with minions either not appearing or not dropping any quest-starting clues once they bother to show up.

Do you still need to complete a nem mission? Because you usually don't get any new clues till you have finished the current mission.

The other thing that sometimes happens is that your character may be underlevelled for a particular area (like Monster Island) so the minions simply won't drop a clue. In order to be certain of getting a clue (if this is the issue) I believe you need to be a minimum of 30th level.

The character has been a lvl 40 for over a year, so that's out of the question.

But the PD officer sounds like it could be the solution, will need to check it and /hope/ it fixes itself..

EDIT: Well, as it turns out, after running nemcon quite a few times, I failed to notice, that Skipping The Rift mission was not completed. How I didn't see it I have no idea, but I can safely presume it's the reason why my nemesis' minions were not dropping any new clues.

If a mod could close/delete this topic, I'd be appreciative of that!

Every time someone comes to me and asks why they can't get any nem clues to drop I tell them this:

    1. Check with the police chief. Make sure he doesn't have any quests.

    2. Do the same with Defender.

    3. Check the nemesis computer to make sure your nemesis is active and not in jail. If they are, either create a new one or reactivate an old one.

    4. Check your inventory to make sure there isn't a nem clue already there, or a nem mission item. One won't if you have one of the other.

    5. Make sure you are not on the nem clue cooldown (Which couldn't be this from what you've said.)

If none of those work, then I am at a loss to why one drop.

Unless the cooldowns over two days, I'm definately bugged.

I know this thing. That's a completely random bug which may happend to one of your characters, while others on this account may not be affected.

I noticed this too. After i made my new nem, i didn't get the museum mission to face my nem. Back then, i thought its just because i just finish a nem mission. Now its been weeks and still nothing.

In fact, it happened yet again.

I jailed my nemmy recently, and since then he hasn't tried to break out even once.

Dunno if a bug or he simply gave up :/

if you jailed him with the Deathray Demolition mission, he doesn't break out.

You have to go to the terminal and release him or create a new one
if its the making a bomb jailing, see defender and captain martin for the mission. you should get it within a day of jailing him

I've had the bugger, break out 30 minutes later. Great security that is
