Is a red mage something other than a magic user who wears red ?
Happy to help, but need more of an idea of what you are going for.

The Red Mage: The Mage knows both healing and damaging magic.
I don't think is really hard to make in this game... but yet I still haven't came up with a Balance Black Mage- Elemental Mage build myself

Yeah if you mix in the conventional use of a sword, ala a spellblade, it can be tricky to find an appropriate build that's still practical w/ its mix of heals and attack spells.
Attack spells are focused on the elemental trees, since the Black Mages of FF, whose spells Red Mages sample from, are at the core elementalists (at least, for their basic attacks). Gave it the most well-rounded passive in AoPM, which seems fitting, and adequate healing capability w/ a single target & a aoe heal, plus a threat wipe. Rimefire burst rounds out the ability list, since some incarnations of the Red Mage had a type of 'Double Casting' as an ultimate ability, and Rimefire being two spell types into one somewhat emulates that. Otherwise I just tried to make it versatile but functional in its attack types- Ice for single target, fire for burst dmg and debuffing, lightning for AoE.
Sticking a SB ability in there (since TK blades dun really fit what a Red Mage could wield) was a bit tricky. I chose Dragon's Bite cause it can at least serve as an execute of sorts- all other attacks would just be redundant_inferior w/ all the attack spells. Void lunge backs it up and applies Fear to boot.
Oh, and I only picked Darts as the end builder cause they default as a reddish color
TPs were left open, w/ 2 adv points free at lvl 40.
Well you could use Stormbringer with Thermal Reverb + Flashfire + SS End for energy generation, Avalanche/Lightning Storm for the AoE and Lightning Arc/Ice Blast for single target, then just pick up some healing powers.
Or you could go with Seraphim, Conduit, adv Ego Sleep, SS Con + Spirit Reverb.

This. Although I need to find ways to make it survivable.
I do know I'll need this in it, though:
-Single blade
-Celestial (healing magic)
-Sorcery, Energy Projection or Darkness (damaging magic)
I gave it a shot, though (hybrid role, ofc):
