I just wanted so say thanks to the devs for sneakily adding a new tights set to the tailor, I only just noticed it, and it looks great:biggrin:

Also, it's nice that it's name is a reference to a hero from Champions lore....the Scarlet Shield!

Yay for more tights!

    There should also be a tights pattern of the same name as well.

    New stuff is always welcomed....but it looks incomplete. But it's great to have a new partial mask

    Also, I think they added some other random pieces. I don't remember rhino skin pattern in tights

    And, heres some info of Scarlet Shield from Champions Universe:
    'After Mr. X's retirement in the mid-1950s,
    Detroit had no superhuman champions until 1966,
    when football star Reggie Morgan became the Scarlet
    Shield. Throughout the civil rights struggle (including
    the devastating 1967 riots that caused $150 million in
    damage), Scarlet Shield tried valiantly to keep peace
    while battling racism, with limited effect. Morgan
    died in 1974 when he was shot by assassins working
    for organized crime.'

    How dare they stealth nerf our inability to have more costume pieces for free. u_u


    PS - say Stealth Nerf ten times fast...

    Interesting...did he use a shield? Would be a nice way to introduce a shield based power set.

    Try the skin options. I'm certain that I saw this last night, but not 100% sure precisely where.

    It's rhino hide. How could it be anything but leather? :biggrin:

    A developer explained the scarlet shield tights set should not be available and it's a bug in the tailor. Be careful if you use it as it might make your costume invalid in the future. There are 3 pieces, mask, chest and arms and lastly tights.

    Someone post screencaps of these pieces. I can't find the pieces other than the tights.

    I really like the initial design, very classic, and I'm all about that. However, it does indeed look like it is not quite ready....looks like there should be another colour in there, at the very least on the chest shield pattern.

    Also, there is no choice of detail, it comes automatically with this one. I hope that they will remedy that, I like having the choice of both.

    Here's hoping, as another poster said, that there are new shield powers with this AND proper sized shield accessories, or at least the latter. I would love that! Something like in this link would be nice( the 'elemental shields' we already kind of have as block powers)..........http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Shield_Customization

    Just in time for the new Cap movie?

    That chest shield looks more like a bustier, as is.

    It's because they probably didn't mean to put them in game in the first place, as they accidently let things slip in all the time.

    The zero communications is par for the course. Not terribly shocking.

    And shouldn't be available to players as it is. Allthou having a full SG made of Different Colored Shields be kind of awesome...
    Slap 4 colors on it and we have a deal.

    It do looks like something unfinished.

    And yeah, shiled powerset would be nice for western superhero based game. Much more iconic for this genre than animu bo sticks and whatnot.

    Especially since it would be easier to implement too. Since the Arm length sliders is what stops us from getting two handed weapons. Remember when the Heavy weapons were supposed to be two handed?
