Thunderclap- enraged stacks

I've just be trying thunderclap in the PH.

I used it on 3 people. got a stack of enraged-23 secs on the timer.
I used it again- got 2 stacks- for about 1 second, then they both vanished.
Repeated several times
same thing

    none, only L13 so far

    If I recall right, you can only maintain one stack of anything without the appropriate form. Any more stacks fall off. (Although I could be heavily outdated, running off of a 16 hour shift. o_o)

    it wipes BOTH stacks of enraged, not just 1
    16hrs, you have my sympathy, I was braindead after a 9 hr one.

    As soon as you get that second stack of Enrage they both will fall off as the tooltips on martial Forms state. No they don't state it on powers with Enrage granting themselves. And you have to wait a bit to get stacks of Enrage again.

    You can however get a stack of Enrage and a stack of Concentration with 8 stacks of one of the martial forms at once if you want. Just the second you get that second stack of Enrage they drop off.
