1. If it's an alternative to The Mind with the new powers...why support?
2. Why call it "The Dominator" when it doesn't dominate? IMO, "The Dominator" would be ranged stance with a secondary focus on the CC aspects of the mini-set and it would...ya know...DOMINATE stuff.
3. In it's current form I could not recommend any AT that got Mind Break as a power(unless it was an optional choice). As someone who has a 40 with these powers and has talked with others who also have 40s what use these powers...a random who shows up and mind breaks all the time is actually lowering the performance of other telepaths who are trying to build stacks. Now if this system were to change in the future then sure but not as it works now.

All ATs have their Passive at level 8, their Form at level 14, and their Block at level 21.
Not all have an Energy Unlock though, but those that do have it at level 25.

I like criswolf09's list except I would have ego sleep at 11 and put the healing options at 30.
