Lawbringer - Heavy damage with Pulse beam rifle/Targeting Computer/Exploit Opening

Basically I made a build which combines the Crit and Severity bonuses of Targeting computer, with the ever increasing crit chance of Pulse Beam Rifle, and the Exploit Opening Ego tree spec.

Concept is "Galactic Sheriff" :biggrin:

    I use Targeting Computer on ONE character (out of my 30-odd roster) and even there, I only use it for concept (Pip-Girl's V.A.T.S., Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System).... it takes so long to lock on, most foes are dead and those that aren't WILL be almost instantly once the lock on happens, so it seems like most of the time I've only got the base bonuses from Targeting Computer to help me and those offer precious little defenses.

    That said, the build looks quite solid. I just hope Biotic Shield and Conviction are enough to keep you alive while you're waiting on lock-on. :)

    Too bad you can't ride a Lawmaster around the city ;)

    Yeah TC is a great passive, esp now after they buffed its crit/severity to be boosted w/ rank (that, and anything that still boosts Strafe Run dmg can never be bad :p ).

    The lock-on can still be useful for trash mobs, but yeah its not really needed- I use it on my toons w/ Killer_Hunter's instinct and its nice for boosting the crit rate for energy return w/ their respective abilities (would prob also use it on a PA toon, but I hate PA too much to have a committed build for it).
